You are contracting with Nexochat for access to Nexo. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to enter a contract and have authority to bind any organisation you represent. Keep your account details accurate and your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Nexo provides built-in notes, tasks, reminders, expense tracking and draft workflows through a dashboard and linked WhatsApp account. Features depend on your plan and service availability. External app access is not included unless explicitly offered and connected. Draft approval does not send an email or perform an external action.

Prices, AI allowances and trial terms are on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly after the seven-day trial unless cancelled. Cancel before trial expiry to avoid the first charge. Paid cancellations preserve access until the paid period ends. Upgrades are immediate with prorated charges; downgrades are immediate with adjustments on the next bill.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Also see our Refund Policy.

Do not use Nexo for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes, or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights. Do not create or distribute malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape the service without permission, bypass safeguards or usage limits, jailbreak the AI, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the software.

You retain your rights in prompts, uploaded or entered content, and other inputs. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to provide that content. As between you and Nexochat, you may use outputs to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party rights; outputs may not be unique, and we do not guarantee that they qualify for intellectual property protection.

You grant Nexochat a limited licence to host, process and transmit your inputs and outputs solely to provide, secure and support the service. You are responsible for prompts, checking output accuracy and deciding how to use outputs. AI can produce incorrect or misleading information and is not a substitute for regulated financial, legal, medical or other professional advice without qualified oversight.

We may refuse or filter outputs, remove or restrict content and suspend accounts for misuse or rights violations. Rights holders can report infringement through Nexo’s linked WhatsApp channel, identifying the work, disputed content and their contact details. We review complaints and may terminate access for repeated infringement.

Nexochat retains ownership of the service, software, documentation, branding and related intellectual property. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Nexo for its intended purposes within your selected plan; it does not transfer ownership of our technology.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or always-accurate performance. Reminders depend on provider availability and WhatsApp’s 24-hour messaging window. Keep independent copies of important records and do not rely on Nexo for emergency or safety-critical tasks. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Expired subscriptions retain read and delete access to saved records, but creation, AI responses and delivery require entitlement. Message content is subject to the retention described in our Privacy Notice.

We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes through the service. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.
