Nexo is designed for working professionals who move between email, calendars and files. The first version focuses on finding information and preparing drafts—not sending messages, changing meetings or deleting files.
Create an account, enter your own draft text, review it, and approve or reject it. Track the workflow’s steps and result from your dashboard. This is a local draft workflow, not AI-generated email or an inbox connection.
Create an early-access accountA draft waits for your decision before its preparation step runs. Approving a local draft does not send it anywhere.
Ordinary account access is limited to your own profile, workflows and drafts. App credentials are not part of user-readable records.
Stored conversation messages older than 30 days are removed in a daily cleanup. This window applies to messages, not every workflow or audit record.
Nexo is being built as a personal work assistant for individuals, rather than a customer-support or sales chatbot. Its current early-access experience is local draft approval; AI planning comes later.
Not yet. WhatsApp linking and messaging are planned. There is no Nexo WhatsApp number to connect in this phase.
No. No external work-app connection is currently implemented. Email search, calendar availability and file lookup are planned use cases, not current capabilities.
No. Version 1 is deliberately limited to finding information and preparing drafts. Every draft requires confirmation. Sending, deleting and other external changes are outside this version’s scope.
Sign up with Google or email and password. Open Workflows to create a local draft using your own text, then review and approve or reject it.
